Throughout this time of talk, I decided to share about the antioxidants. Antioxidants-containing supplements have been the hot product in the current market due to their strong anti-aging and anti-cancer properties.
However, is it essential to have supplements in order to achieve optimal health? Indeed, supplements can be provided when you are difficult to obtain the sufficient nutrients from the real food or you need it due to health concerns. Nevertheless, antioxidants are rich in fruits and vegetables.
Free radicals are the unstable ions that attack the body cells. They can be come from the internal source (metabolic activity,stress) and now mainly from external sources (fertilizers, herbicides, air pollution, unhealthy diet etc). The emergence of antioxidants are important to fight against the free radicals to protect the cells.
