Protein base Mushroom Chicken Wrap by Karen Loh 13th October 2019 by Karen Loh 13th October 2019 0 comment View this post on Instagram Mushroom Chicken Wrap (2 servings) Ingredients: – 2 piece tortilla wraps – 2 palm sized boneless chicken breasts (sliced) – 1/2 red bell pepper – 1/2 yellow bell pepper – 1/2 green bell pepper – chopped green onions – 1 bok choy – 1 small bowl of mushrooms Marinate: – 1 tsp Himalaya salt – 1 tsp grounded black pepper Preparation: 1. Prepare well the ingredients needed. Marinate the chicken breasts about 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate overnight. 2. Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil over medium heat and put the chicken slices in, cook for 10 minutes. When the curve becomes opaque, turn another side to continue cook. You may test the tenderness by using fork. 3. Put in the bell peppers, green onions and mushrooms in and sautee together. 4. After cooked, put aside to cool. At the same time, steam bok choy and put aside. 6. Use the remaining oil to heat tortilla wrap over low heat. 7. Divide the cooked ingredients into two and put on top of tortilla wrap.
