Firstly, soak the fungus in a bowl of water, while the red dates and longan has to be washed clean and put aside. 2. Boil the appropriate amount of water in the pot, then put the ingredients in to cook for roughly one hour. 3. Put in the wolfberry, cook for another 15 minutes. 4.
